We are looking for a high-energy, driven Senior Account Executive with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude, and natural sales instincts to join our high growth team. The Senior Account Executive will be the driving force behind new business acquisition by creating, identifying, and closing complex and transactional deals. With a proven track record of selling SaaS solutions, you will leverage your understanding of the market and its challenges to introduce the value of SkySafe’s solutions to prospective customers. This ideal candidate must have strong business value presentation skills and be comfortable presenting at all levels of an organization and selling as an individual as well as part of a larger team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new opportunities, creating end to end sales lifecycle, direct and through the field.
- Ability to clearly understand prospects needs, budget and other key qualifications prior to moving opportunity through the sales process
- Consistently meet or exceed sales objectives and quotas and provide timely and accurate sales forecasting.
- Create sales strategy/account planning and own the sales cycle - from lead generation to closure.
- Provide feedback from customers regarding product performance; provide input to product development and support services for product fixes and enhancement
- Conduct product demonstrations tailored to potential customers' needs, highlighting the strategic and operational value of SkySafe.
- Be a true team player across the organization, always prioritizing the customer first.
- Collaborate with our Customer Success team to ensure smooth transition post-sales and high customer retention.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales with a focus on acquisition of new customers
- Comfortable prospecting, pitching, and closing complex deals ($100k+)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment and can navigate uncharted waters by being adaptable and flexible to changing working environment
- Ability to digest complex business challenges/goals and translate them into creative solutions
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent professional presence and business acumen
- Experience in conducting product demos and presenting complex solutions in an easy-to-understand manner
- Strong negotiation skills, a competitive spirit, and a passion for results

- Ability to travel up to 50%
